By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected products at the listed price. All orders are final and cannot be changed after payment is confirmed. Prices may change without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely via Midtrans. We accept QRIS, e-wallet, virtual account, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment must be completed within 24 hours or the order will be automatically cancelled.

Delivery is via Lalamove on the same day for orders before 11:00 WIB. Estimated delivery times are 13:00-16:00 WIB or 17:00-20:00 WIB. Shipping fee is calculated based on distance and package weight.

Refunds can be made if the product received is damaged or doesn't match the order. Claims must be filed within 1 hour after receipt via WhatsApp. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Personal information provided must be true and up-to-date. You agree not to misuse our services.
